Most people find it hard to get through the doors for the first time. Here at CrossFit Towson we make the process easy and welcoming. Your not just joining a gym or a place to workout. You’re joining our community. To start out you must complete our Foundations Classes if you have never experienced CrossFit. This will give you an overview of CrossFit. This will train you on the main lifts and movements, and you’ll experience your first WOD or Workout of the Day. Try us free for a week of unlimited classes.
