The hardest part of getting started is just getting started!  At Towson Fitness/CrossFit Towson we make the process easy and welcoming. You’re not just joining a gym, you’re joining our community!

If you are new to CrossFit, your first step is to attend our Foundations class (held the first Saturday of each month at noon). Foundations provides an overview of what we do and how we do it, including training on our foundational lifts and movements, and a workout to ease you into the world of CrossFit.

While we believe group classes are the best way to do what we do, we understand some athletes prefer one-on-one sessions to start their CrossFit journey.  For these athletes, we offer a five 60 minute session package of CrossFit Prep personal training for new members.  Call or email for details and pricing or click on the “Get Started” icon on our homepage or “Sign up Now!” below.
