50 Wall ball Shots (20#/14#)

50 Russian Twist (20#/14#)

50 Ab-mat Sit ups

50 Single Arm DB Shoulder-2-Overhead (50#/35#)

Goal=Chip away until you’re done! Alt. DB snatch on the ground or transition in the air according to open standards. Focus on a solid lockout, SLOW DOWN at the top and embrace the position. Russian twist is seated feet up touch ball side to side. Single ARM S-2-O is 25 each arm, break up however you prefer.
