Most people find it hard to get through the doors for the first time. Here at Towson Fitness – CrossFit Towson we make the process easy and welcoming. Your not just joining a gym or a place to workout. You’re joining our community. To start out you must complete our Foundations Class at noon on the first Saturday of each month if you have never experienced CrossFit. This will give you an overview of what we do, and how we do it, including training on our foundational lifts and movements, and you’ll experience your first WOD or Workout of the Day. Try us free for a week of unlimited classes.

While we believe group classes are the best way to do what we do, we understand some athletes prefer one-on-one sessions to start their CrossFit journey.  For these athletes, we offer a five 60 minute session package of CrossFit Prep personal training for new members.  Call or email for details and pricing or click on the “Get Started” icon on our homepage or “Sign up Now!” below.
